  Sony showroom on the Hong Kong side for you to try out all their new stuffs before you buy. There is also a service centre at the back for repair and maintenance. In the past, only limited products and accessories were available. However it seems that Sony HK is improving and there are more selections to look for, especially for the alpha series cameras and lenses. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable.

  For servicing at 1600 is quick and efficient. No queuing is needed, but all service request must draw a number first and wait for its turn. There is a product display hall at the centre. Customers can find the latest model. But it is advised that just take a look at the product there, but compare the price with outside retailers which can offer a better bargain.

  This Sony store covers.all Sony consumer products and allow to play around with them. The customer service representatives are always happy to anwser questions and are a good way to learn more about Sony products. The environment is very comfortable. You may spend hours there if you are a Sony product fans.
