  Sometimes it is really crowded, but the price is really attractive. Up to HKD$2.5/L discount.

  This chain of petroleum filling stations probably sells the cheapest petroleum in Hong Kong. I say that because I see buses, mini-buses and police cars refueling there. But you have to use a little bit more petroleum to drive to the inconvenient location!
