::Utter useless customer service, I would give zero star if I could. They called me on the day of the delivery to reschedule due to stains on my sofa. 2 weeks after never heard from them at all and numerous calls finally we found a Ms Ng (swear she is the manger/boss) from their customer service. She has no idea what is going on, she thought we had rejected our order due to stains but we never even seen the sofa nor has it been delivered. After backward and forward they have arranged a delivery on the day of our complaint. Strange is that, she can't tell us where the problem had gone wrong. Shows the quality of their back office operation. As with the previous comment I firmly agree they are a poor company to shop from. Go else where for alternative quality service. I will learn from this experience "Buy cheap and get cheap service" and that is a fact!

::Very rude staff. We first asked whether the sofa can be delivered in a few months later, he then replied ok after consulting with his manager.Me and my family then decided not to buy at the moment. He then said to my parents,'you guys are giving me trouble if you don't purchase right now as I have already asked my manager.' It's in Hong Kong and I don't believe we can accept this kind of service. My suggestion is to train this staff how to being polite! Customer has the right to think and make wisely decision.
