  Worst experience ever! I would put negative star if possible! Arrogant and unfriendly staff didn’t even know how to take orders, never asked for cold/hot, sugar level, and assumed big size cup because they didn’t have medium cups although it was on the menu. I will never patronize this place again.

  terrible manner, server was very impatient and rude when talking to customer, used his hand to punch in the straw without asking, then handed out not even looking at customer. the bill was 20 not 18 as on the price chart. very disappointed at sharetea and i will never buy any tea from this brand, but i will make sure i share it with everyone i know to stay away from them.

  ~slow (they opened 10 minutes late and even though I was the only one there it took so long to make the drink) ~usually long wait time from afternoons onwards ~bad service

  I actually am a huge fan of ShareTea and am always in Causeway bay. This is always on my list whenever I go. I feel that it can be a bit crowded at times and the space is small. But I overall recommend. Especially the regular bubble tea :)
