  AVOID! Santa Fe packed my heavy antique cabinet in a single layered cardboard box and denies negligence when it was damaged after one leg went through the single layer of cardboard. Santa Fe says that I should have bought their insurance. Will never use again.

  I hired this company to move house in HK. They were not cheap but I chose them because they offered felt packing not plastic and paper, which seemed more desirable. The result was a lot of damage to old and unique bits and pieces - to which the company's response was "Well you should have insured it" (the reason I didn't was because you can't pop down to Park & Shop and simply buy another 18th Century Japanese shoe tansu that has been in your family a long time. They were indifferent and simply wanted the work, did as fast as possible, and no interest in the damage they caused. I strongly recommend avoiding this company if you can.
