  Efficient service. Make an appointment if it is an important matter. Speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Just slightly more difficult to find.

  My phone suffered a defect that rendered it basically unusable. Made an appointment online, submitted my phone, and 3 hours later it was ready for pick up. Good as new! Staff are efficient and (surprisingly) friendly. I'm glad I came.

  My screen cracked on my S8 after it fell out of my pocket when I has sitting down. Wasn't best pleased that a small drop cracked the screen. Anyway decided to get the screen replaced, it wasn't cheap but it was repaired within 3 hours. The phone is like new now and l bought a flip case this time to fully protect the phone.

  I have been to the service centre twice in the past six months and both times I experienced friendly and efficient service. What impressed me most was how quickly my product was repaired and returned to me. Three hours the first time and within 24 hours the second time. There's also a range of products and a limited range of accessories for purchase.
