Ashley also knows loads about the history, culture, and politics of Hong Kong and is a great storyteller!

::Amazing experience Ashley is a wonderful and knowledgeable guide, she led me on to a great biking experience. We were very lucky with the weather as we rode around the New Territories. ::Ashley is a fantastic story teller with the loveliest smile! We've been to some of the must-see attractions as well as places where only locals go. The tour was perfect and the food we tried - from interesting street food to wonderful cuisine where Ashley's chef friend came out to greet us with fantastic gourmet dishes, simply mad the whole experience all the more amazing! As a food writer her knowledge is immense, yet she shared so much more than a mere local insider. we highly recommend a tour with her and we're already looking forward to do another one on our next visit!

::Best guide in town!! A MUST DO!! Foodie expert! First thing I thought of was booking another tour with Ashley when I came back to Hong Kong on a second visit. I had the foodie tour and I can tell you the experience was absolutely amazing!! Ashley is a real HK local, she is very dynamic and know the city by heart! She shares her love of the city and local food in the most passionate and dynamic way I have ever seen! The food and places we tried were absolutely delicious and diverse. That was so yummy, ever since I came back in France the food is kinda tasteless... I cannot recommend enough Ashley to be your guide, she will make your trip unique and memorable. ::This was the most unexpected experience I’d have found in Hong Kong. Everything looked different from the urban area yet so local and so real. The cycling part was fantastic! The bike was good (though it didn't seem like it at first glance), the trails were nice and smooth with a very pleasant view along the way. All the stops were smartly arranged so that you got plenty of breaks and you’d complete 15 km before you even realized it. The seafood market was amazing! The food we got was fresh of course, while the restaurant that cook everything for us was just wonderful! And what’s more fun than hanging out with a food blogger! Ashley would tell you all the interesting insider stories about local food and culture that you don’t find in any tourist book. I’d recommend this bike tour with Ashley in a heartbeat
