  Good hotel to stay but location far off. However, good connections thru bus stop nearby. Vegetarian food option is almost remote. Staff at reception and concierge are very good and provide good guidance for moving within the city.

  Room is rather spacious and has lots of seats (esp. the ledges, thats a good point). However, room often has heavy smoke smell even though we are not on smoking floor

  The rooms inside this hotel was covered in mold. It looks as if no one had cleaned the rooms properly in ages. A few years ago I stayed in this hotel and it was amazing. Assuming that it was the same I booked at this hotel again when we visited Hong Kong again. I was very disappointed when I returned there. The rooms are somewhat similar to what it looks like in the pictures. They look much bigger in the photos they advertise, than what they look like in real life. Overall, my stay at this hotel for a few nights were not pleasant, I do not recommend anyone stay here. It is expensive and definitely not worth your money.

  The hotel is situated in the middle of Kowloon City and provides easy access to all the attractions and markets of Hongkong. It also has multiple restaurants, which provides a great variety for travellers from across the globe. The rooms are spacious and well kept. The hotel is also a prominent landmark so those with language problems can find their way to it easily from anywhere in the city.

  Used to be very good now just "good enough". Quality of service dropped over the years, including quality of rooms. Breakfast used to vary a lot in the assortment from day to day buy now it's the same all the time - and it shrunk too. Rooms used to be good at executive club floors but now are with smell of smoke and water damages. Bar used to be fun and lively with darts in it, however now it's boring and menus became boring and fairly plane. As for alcohol - it feels like there was some water added to the whiskey (not at all the same bite as the dame whiskey I have at home).
