  I am a visitor from the U.K. and I went to Wendy’s Yang-Yin class. She was amazing and was able to teach the class in English and Cantonese seamlessly as she knew she had both speakers in her class. Fantastic class thank you

  There is someone named Steven who works at this location. He is as dishonest and fake as the Rolex on his wrist. Amazing how one person can ruin a brand like this individual has for me. Do not sign up with him. Otherwise a great place for yoga..

  I love this studio that it's conveniently located just opposite to Times Square which I can do a quick yoga class to recharge myself before or aftet meeting my friends. Variety of classes and high quality of teachers also impressed me.

  Very nice and beautiful area with lounge, café But very impersonal studio! Very difficult to book a class. Teachers don't know the students so you can not improve. Not for beginners students.

  I wish that 8:45 pm and 9:00 pm classes can be available on Friday evenings, so that we can enjoy Yoga without rush or miss. Also, I wish that Aerial Yoga and Wall Rope Yoga can be offered on Sat, Sun, PH and late evenings during weekday. .
