::Great and convenient location for getting morning, lunch time, afternoon, or night workout in for me. I like coming here for the morning or night RPM class. They have renovated the location and while there are a lot of floors, steps, stairs, etc. I would highly recommend this location if you just want to come in and out and get things done. You don't have to wait for an elevator, but just walk straight to where you need to go, perfect.

::Pure Fitness is my second home. They take care my body, mind and soul for over 10 years. Branches are conveniently located in business district (i.e.. ifc, Fairmont, Lincoln House, Kenwick, LKF etc). The gym opens from 0600-2400 so I can go anytime I like from gym to yoga as many times as I like. They thoughtfully provide almost everything we need t-shirt, socks, pants, towels, mobile charge, body lotion, shampoo, hair gel, hair bands, conditioner, soap, water, sauna, steam, apple etc. The bonus is to meet many like-minded athletes who love training hard for their bodies. They do motivate me. And one of the gym has a swimming pool (20m) too. It is great to train for weight, running and swimming all in one go. Hence, I don't mind to pay a bit more for good quality of facilities and service although my personal stuff was being stolen in my rent locker two times at Kinwick. Well... I am sure that these were exceptional cases. Be alerted!

::Excellent gym! 5 floors of training, 1 for gym classes, 1 for boxing, 1 for changing rooms, 1 for claasics gym apparels & main desk/ little shop and coffie et 1 more for cardio machines. I bought a 1 day pass, quite expensive (350HK $) but it s the best gym of HK so it worth it for very short time spending in HK.

::I really miss Pure Fitness Kinwick. Towels, sportswear, vanity's, showers, ear buds, hair-dryers, range of classes, workout spaces, great reception, booking system, really lovely enthusiastic instructors - compared with Sydney Australia this is good value for money albeit expensive and constant increases in membership fees. Lost a star because of the gouging prices, the hard sell to sign up, the bathrooms that need a deeper clean, and the way the yoga mats are cleaned - with dirty mops. Use an extra towel to layer between your skin and the mats - those poor Manduka mats! Great quality but treated poorly.

::Best fitness place ! 5 floors dedicated to fitness and sports. Before becoming a member you can even ask for a 1 week trial. Great facilities : actually all you have to do is bring your shoes because in the changing room you can even find shorts, socks and shirts. My favourite floor is the last one with the treadmills and cycles. Just grab a pair of headphones and start running while wtaching the news or some real TV shows. You can also enjoy group classes or ask for a private coach. Staff is very friendly and will be happy to help you. The place to go for sport if you live in Mid-Levels
