  Says opened at 10am (called day before to make sure they will not be late due to time sensitivity of document), then clerk shows up for 10:30am non-challant, no apology, and even black-faced that you're mad that they are late. There is one clerk there who is always black-faced snobbish, thinking you're not worth his time and dismissive of your questions. It's a chore just to have to come to print, have it not be opened on time, and be on the receiving end of his apathetic service.

  落單兩天, 錢都付了, 都沒有人跟進. 打電話查詢情況, 還要不太禮貌, 一句說工單生成, 還未開始就算. 根本都沒有看清楚為什麼客人致電來問.
