  Great location, really close from subway station staff was good and really fast at both check in and check out, they were also the fastest to get back to me via email compare to several hotels around there. Room was clean too.

  Location is very good to explore the city. Service is not so good. We had "free mini bar" (which consisted of 2 water, 2 bubble drinks & 1 small juice). When asking for refill, they told us we only get it every second day (except water).

  Great place to stay. The reception staff were exceptional. Great views from Bistro and rooftop bar and very tasty breakfast and cappuccino next door at the Bread cafe.

  Spacious rooms for HK, great views, modern bathroom, good service as well. The only downside is it’s about a 10 min walk to the subway stations which we actually liked because we got our step count up and it forced us to experience the TST streets. The breakfast is not good by Western standards.

  They have a free mini bar and a little bucket of popcorn in the room which was great. The staff were also very nice and the elevators have great security since they would not allow you on any other floors but your own and the public floors. The room was really pretty and brightly lit but once I walked in, the whole room smelled like urine. After informing the front desk about it, I was told they'll fix it but when I came back several hours later, the smell got worst. Also the bathroom is small with blurred glass walls. The hotel is a bit too cramped for my liking. I would not recommend this place.
