::Have been training with Carly in a small group since a month ago, I have increased my core strength. This leads to better balance and stability on doing other sports and daily activities. Training session includes mat, reformer, arc and chair. I am always sore after every session, but my weekly session is something I look forward to. Carly is the perfect mix of tough and encouraging, and can help anyone of all fitness levels with her concise and precise instruction.

::This is the only pilates studio in West Kowloon and one of the very few in Kowloon & NT. The area seems up and coming. The studio is bright and clean, equipments are new, and most importantly, the instructor Carly is extremely knowledgable and patient during our personal class. She explains every movement with clarity and a smile. I see results - improved posture and better control of my weight training - after only 2 classes. If you want to try pilates, definitely start here. Already recommended it to all my friends!
