  This is a great gym. It has all the equipment you need, clean bathrooms and showers, and none of the negative things you find even at the so called luxury big box gyms - offensively loud music, overcrowding, show-offs / 'grunters'. Very clean, white space with excellent air-con and friendly staff.

  I like the boutique atmosphere of this gym, it has a relaxed and luxury feel that is not over crowded. A non intimidating environment to fulfil my fitness needs. They have a vast range of high end equipment which means I can have varied workouts, anything from Strength training, Weight training, TRX to Crossfit. The trainers are attentive and are always on hand to provide professional guidance. To relax the mind and muscles, you can indulge on their Himalayan hot salt floor in front of the jelly fish tank, wow! Love the individual bathrooms, spacious and clean.

  coolest new luxury gym in hong kong, jelly fish, salt stone, new gear and included PT..... what!!!! amazing bathrooms and dyson hairdryers over the top!!!!!great value solid price
