::Nina Fossil Garden is the only large-scale tree fossil garden in Hong Kong. Covering an area of approximately 80,000 sq ft, this beautifully landscaped space is now home to dozens of amazing examples which lived hundreds of millions of years ago. Both educational and inspiring, some fossils reach lengths up to 25 metres. Their careful installation as natural sculptures amid a living garden allows visitors to witness the dynamic forces of time and nature. Must visit zone to witness tree trunk turn into stone.

::Checked with the staff there and found out that the local guided tour service is no longer available.

::Beautiful display of tree fossils. Well organized and sign boards written in English. Great learning for a Paleobotanists.

::There are a total of over 120 fossils, according to the official tour guide. About 15-20 are more prominent exhibits. Many more are sort of "hidden" in the Garden. Join a guided tour if possible, I learned some much more from the guided tour - on the types of fossils, formation, and examine the fossils with magnifying glass. A couple of fossils were slightly damaged by visitors but it is an overall good learning experience.

::The park itself was very hard to find. The fossils look like they've just been dumped into the "park" haphazardly without any real reason or explanations. Certain areas were blocked off while others were left open but without any signs describing the fossils itself.
