  Almost all of the reviews and photos for this place are wrong, so here is the true story: New Trend Plaza has seen better days. It is as rundown inside as it is ugly outside. Ground floor by the escalator is a vendor selling dried candy (crack seed in Hawaii jargon), neither of the escalators work. Front facade of the building is gone, leaving the inside open to the elements. First floor and second floor has a maze of mostly vacant stores, with several people (vagrants?) hanging around and only a few shops such as a barbershop and seamstress open. However two other previous reviews referred to "BioZombie" which is a 1998 low budget Hong Kong movie apparently partly shot in this location. Overall NTP is dilapidated and the owner should really take better care of the place. One ray of hope though, I spotted a renovated space that seems to belong to a church.

  It's a bit run down. Has some computer， printing shops. Some small clothing shops. The shops are generally small.
