  Very conveniently located near Hong Hum, accessible by bus and MTR. There are many facilities a short walk away, including numerous popular restaurants, supermarket, and places to getting your day to day requirements. They have a very comfortable Level 3 hangout area, where you can invite friends over for a barbeque session in the evening (subjected to booking availability).

  It's a very comfortable condominium around the Hong Hum area, and has very clean and elegant interior. I was there for a party, where we used the barbeque pit on the 3rd floor, alongside where the clubhouse, playground, and recreational hangout areas are. Very cozy apartments, but definitely worth viewing if you're considering something around the area.
