It's in the center of TST and it helped us a lot. Most of them drop by to get water and stuffs before they check in at their room at night. it's in the ground floor and closed around 11pm. for those who are staying in Chungking mansion and this is a savior

Jason's is a good western-style, western goods market. This Kowloon/TST location is small but welcome. See also M&S on floor G.
