::European bread is hard to find in HK. Bakery is good, although some styles of breads are hit and miss. Generally bakeries in HK do like breads to be on the sugar sweet side even the savoury styled breads.

::One of our favourite bakery chains globally. This store is a smaller one but still packs a punch. We had the 'fig loaf' which was perfect - even at 7pm, and the bakery had a good selection of tea.

::Quite nice to find french patisseries and bread. Even though they don't really preserve well overnight. They do have nice sandwiches and salads for a quick lunch option. Has been recently refurbished, nice atmosphere and staff

::Has the appearance of a decent cafe and bakery stop. That is until you get served. Slow, uncoordinated and too uninformative to justify the price. Aside from the fact I observe there are more staff than customers in the exhaustive wait for my order, I can't fathom out how this place operates and retains customers flocking back. Maybe Hong Kong really is that bad at service, that this is seen as quality.
