  Poor service. The day I went the wifi was down. It's fine, despite I have brought my mac with me. It's not a problem that wifi is not working, but the staff told me it will resume in 15 min, which was a lie. After me ordering the coffee (before knowing wifi not working), they did not even bother to update the status except making calls to scold the broadband company and assume the visitors can hear it?! I would really prefer them telling me sorry that wifi not working today. There were several other tables - they either missed the order or did not clean up the tables. One of the staff (I suspect she was just there to help out) was working on her colour-filling book continuously while the other guy scolding the broadband company. You can do whatever you want after serving but c'mon - it's not half way done! Lastly, the cafe got a booking from a reading club. I was sitting in the middle of room and actually I don't mind changing seats as I have only few more pages to go with my book. The male staff came up and ask me to move to another place with a significantly "polite" manner saying 你鍾意坐幾耐就坐. I am shocked by how mean the tone can be, so i packed my stuff and left. The above happened in mid November, the bad experience had been so haunting that I cannot help but write this review when I saw another friend visiting with a so-so experience lately.

  明明已訂台4點，去到門口發現無開門。打電話問話俾人包場拍野，無通知我，浪費我爭朋友時間！

  套餐很有特色，很好吃，坐得很舒服，是一班朋友聚腳聊天的好地方。特別推介抹茶牛奶！

  銅鑼灣難得有一間安靜又日系文青feel既cafe。老闆又nice，一見如故，同佢係陽台對住勁靚既街景傾左好耐。
