  Brand new building and underground parking. Confusing entrance - you have to tap your octopus card against two different gates/card readers. Route to parking area is winding and confusing; thankfully they have security personnel to direct the flow. Overhead lights to indicate empty slots aren’t working as all were green even if the slots were occupied. Lift lobbies were clean and well lit. Three lifts served the parking area; but they were slow.
