::Fine dining in a relaxed fashion. liked it.Compared to Europe quite affordable fine dining restaurant. Quality of food and service is perfect. A real alternative to regular fine dining, sitting on a bar stool might not be everyones thing.

::The wait staff said the chef suggested medium is the best for this pork. Then I ordered medium. If what the picture shows is medium, then how about medium rare? Staff said because it is slow cook. I think slow cook is a method, how it done is a level. More important, tasteless when pork is at medium rare. The yellow chicken roll is bad. Dry and no favor. Same starter for a whole year. No changes but more poor presentation. The one presents with dry ice is last year. The signature mash potato used too much butter, and the decor is missing this time. I know it’s just a lunch, but it’s from a Michelin 3 stars. Consistency do matter. Won’t go back for dinner.

::There is just no getting around: if you crave for what French cuisine has the best to offer you have to visit one of the Ateliers. The ubiquitous puree is such a brilliant revisit of a memory shared within the western world, and elevated to a work of art. Each and every dish is an amazement to the palate. A must-go.

::Great as usual. Good service but a bit too much, no privacy during the whole dinner, always someone around. Food quality, good standard as usual. Lobster was great. Of course pricey. Only go for special days.

::Service was excellent from the moment we stepped in. We were ushered to seats and were attended to promptly from start till end. The sommelier recommended a really good wine to our liking. The servers were attentive and took note when I had taken a much closer look at the wine glass (it was really dusty and was changed immediately after we voiced our observation). We opted for the dinner tasting menu (which can be quite alot for a small eater). Everything was well made though each dish was more salty than I'd like. The only complaint I had was that the food was a little slow and we ended up taking close to 3 hours to finish our meal.
