  鄰近美孚港鐵站，需要步行10-15分鐘，在盈暉臺和、華荔村、九華徑附近，有巴士經過，交通尚算方便。這裡有香港神的教會、宣道會、信義會的教會聚會處，購物也有惠康，挺不錯!

  Quiet and convenient. The place is 10-15 mins. walking distance to Mei Foo MTR (either west rail line or Tsuen Wan line). There are frequent minibuses to Mei Foo bus terminus if you don't want to walk and buses along Lai King Hill Road or at Nob Hill. The air is very fresh (there is very little road traffic along Lai King Hill Road, nearly none at night except for taxis coming down from Margaret hospital) and the views are great (on the Lai King Hill Road side at least, with lots of greenery and open views). The buildings are well maintained and the unit layouts are extremely "practical". Great place to live.
