::The shop owner called me 'laowai - a derogatory term for foreigners - on my last visit. Unfortunately for him, I'm fluent in Mandarin. I will not use again therefore.

::I had a GORGEOUS suit made at this tailors a few decks ago while staying in Hong Kong and then moving on to Chine for work. I retuned a few days later and had the suit fitted for final alterations and the whole process was FANTASTIC. The team at L&K are incredibly PROFESSIONAL and catered to everything showing me lots of samples and really did come up with what I thought was a brilliantly COMPETETIVE price for everything I had made to order. I would DEFINATELY order from them again and hope to meet up with them when they are back in the UK and I have more requirements for new tailored attire. Thank you so much for everything and even helping me ge to the airport!!

::I asked for a slim fighting short sleeved shirt. I got a shirt made for someone double my size with sleeves like wings. They simply refitted the same shirt, without altering the pocket. So I had a slightly better fitting shirt (but by no means tailored to my body) But there is a giant disproportionate pocket on the front (due to the amount the shirt had been trimmed down to fit). The shirt looked like it was made for a clown not me. I will not be going back or wearing the shirt ever!!! Only go here if you want to look like you work in a circus.

::I was initially reluctant and skeptical of this business. They have pushy salesman out on the streets in Hong Kong. Which I really don't like. However I gave them a try anyway. And I'm very glad that I did. They come across as almost a little bit crazy but they are actually incredibly detail-oriented and the result is a really well-made suit that fits perfectly. Not to mention for a fraction of what a cheap suit would cost in the United States. I fully intend to stop through Hong Kong again and get at least a couple more suits from these guys.

::I have had suits made in London at Saville Row, in Singapore and here with Michael of L and K Tailors. L and K Tailors are equal to the suits I have had made in Saville Row both in terms of cloth and workmanship, but at a greatly reduced price. They have a wonderful attention to detail and nothing is too much trouble. I asked before I arrived in Hong Kong if they made ladies clothes and asked they could make a fuss of my wife. She was thrilled with the garments, the workmanship and the female tailor that fitted her was attentive and understood her needs totally. I have found my tailor for life and I could not recommend them any higher.
