  My father took owns 3 Mercedes. He took his daily drive in for service. They filed the service report under his old E class, stole some spare parts, also charged 10,000 HKD deposit for replacing a part. My father is 65 years old. They took advantage of him, even after years of loyal service. It's truly despicable what happened. Please double check your vehicles if you've been serviced here. My friends and family will not be returning.

  Car was serviced at this location, and the technicians took the full spare tire kit and the spare tire in my car. Completely unprofessional. We were stucked across the border weeks later because of a broken tire and found out they took it. When called back to this service centre, the manager only apologized. We took the spare tire back and the spare tire was broken too!

  Poor workmanship and slow service, poor quality control and monitoring. A friend had a small accident and took 6 months for minor repair work and poor paint. After numerous visits they still could not fix the small things. Their staff paid little to no attention to detail. Parts were left off and forgotten, some parts that was fine going into the shop came back with scratches. In the end was forced to take car back with minor defects.
