::Super negative impression. Hurt my back and then got a bit fever. So I went to see this Dr. Simon Wu. I told him that I thought I might have some infection. Then Simon suddenly started selling me unnecessary medical service. He was saying something like, oh nowadays it was very common to have cancer in the liver. You may not know, but it's very necessary to have a check. Then I said I did body check annually in very good hospital. Things should be OK. Then Simon said well those packages might not do the job. He told me I should have come to see him first and do the body check in his clinic. And he went on saying how the staff there was good at detecting cancer, balabala. That day, I did a blood test to check the infection level, which was a decision made by myself. What was ironic though was Simon charged me $400 consultation fee for just 1-min, very simple explanation of the blood test report. In my opinion, if I did the test in your clinic, the explanation of the report should be complimentary, right? How would you expect me to understand it. Well, I finally understand why he wanted me to consult him first before doing any body check. Super bad experience. Never come back again.

::HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED: I fell from my bike obtained some bad abrasion and bruises on my both knees. There was no deep cut or anything but the entire skin fell off and it was hard for me to walk without proper dressings. I went to see a doctor at Island East Medical Centre (Dr. Simon S.M. Wu) and he put dressings on both knees. However they were extremely poorly done and my wound was still exposed. By the time I noticed the poor job the doctor has already left the room and nowhere to be found. When I asked nurse if I could get some proper bandage to keep the dressing on, she started putting tapes all over. I asked for extra plasters as it looked like the dressing was going to fall off in any minute. The nurse did give me two extra, but then this admin lady named Christine Choy (that I thought was nurse and later found out was admin when I asked her) quickly came and said the plasters are not covered by the insurance so she can't give it to me. I told her I would pay myself, but then she said she "has to calculate" and that she can't give them to me (guess she couldn't be bothered?). Then the admin lady herself kept adding tapes on my wound, which clearly did not work because it fell right off, exposing abrasion and causing severe pain. Of course, the dressing fell right off and I had to go buy the plaster myself from the pharmacy (which was actually just 70HKD for 10). This place does not put patients first, they do not care.

::Nice facility but the reception staff is beyond stupid. No customer service at all
