  Worst customer service in their cwb shop! Always have their upper shop closed and when I asked, the staff just said she has only one person so no one is upstairs. And when I asked when it open, all she can answer is later without the time specified! Rude attitude!!!

  Good place to get gifts and small funky trinkets but should update their selection more

  If you are already familiar with brands like Umbra, Fred, Kirkland, then you'll know what this shop is about. Staff will leave you alone, they don't follow you around and they don't try to sell you anything. However I do believe that you'll find these shops all over North America (I'm from Toronto), so it's nothing new. Homeless is NOT A MUST-SEE for tourists but it's still a nice shop for useful, innovative kitchen gadgets. We always need kitchen gadgets. Directory: 1/F - main store 2/F - furniture (neighbour: Yoga boutique) 3/F - sales, discounts on broken and old stuff (neighbour: hair salon)

  Good selection of design goods - reminds me of the Moma store in NYC. This branch is much bigger than the soho store. Make sure to take time and really look around as you will find a lot of nice surprises. Remember there are three floors in this branch, don't forget to checkout the other floors.
