::We had ordered a bed frame from this store a month ago, where we wanted exactly the same as their floor sample (with hydraulics) and the only change that we wanted was the size to be changed to King. Not only did it take over 30 mins for the order to finally be entered in, but upon delivery a month later, the bed frame we got actually had drawers rather than hydraulics. We have tried calling the store several times to complain but they kept saying that we had signed for a bed with drawers (how as the customer can we understand their order codes?!) even though verbally when we reviewed the order, the customer service representative said that the order matched what we had wanted. So now we are basically stuck with a product we didn't want in the first place and the store is claiming that we have to pay extra in order to get the correct product. The basic conclusion that I can draw from this is to not buy anything from this store since it is filled with incompetent, inconsiderate staff who can't give customers what they ask for.
