::The WORST dry cleaner in Hong Kong by far. I used to use Clean Living for my basic laundry items which is just OK, a bit over priced compared to your corner shop for bulk laundry. I thought I could trust the name "Clean living" to dry clean my wedding dress. OH BOY! was I completely mistaken. Firstly, the staff have no clue or knowledge of delicate fabrics and they have no customer service attitude whatsoever. One clean living shop has totally different standards to the others. Just a mass brand with no care and considerations for their customers clothes. I trusted them to clean my dress and now it is destroyed and Yellow. My memories destroyed completely and forever. To make matters even worse they want nothing to do with me and won’t assist me with any sort of compensation. Shame on you!
