  Worse and worse I have been cutting my hair with this shop for 2 years and this time the quality of haircut and service really astonished me. We spent some time discussing the style like usual (but later they just complained about this and said I spent too much time discussing). I can tell her skill is not proficient based on my 10+ years of experience getting my hair cut. I was not satisfied with the look and wanted to revise a bit, but the stylist just got very mad and kept on talking with the translator, saying something like the style was set in first communication and cannot be changed. It is the first time that I saw a hair style shop depressed their customer with service like this. I finally persuaded them to re-cut after listening to their lengthy and unfriendly speech and turned out the style is way much better than earlier. In all, BAD service and bad aesthetic ability of the stylist. Btw, her name is Cara(or Kara) and I will never ask her to get me a haircut any no more! Just giving two stars for hair washing service.

  I booked an appointment at Hankuk because of all the good reviews online. I'm a natural brunette and I had my hair died blond three months ago so I asked them to take care of my roots. They charged me 700hkd to turn my roots orange. The hairdresser seemed surprised about me being upset. She offered me to come back two days after to fix it. Now my roots are chick yellow and my scalp hurts. Very happy I paid this amount of money to wear a scarf on my head.
