  Their Kennedy Town branch shrunk my two sweaters and couldn't care less. I specifically told them that the sweaters were delicate and please don't wash them above 30 degrees - which they did and then threw them in the tumble dryer with everything else. The result was (obviously - as anyone who has ever washed clothes or owns knitwear would know) that they shrunk to the point that they are unwearable. When I pointed this out to the guy working there, his immediate response was "we don't take any responsibility". Both sweaters went in the bin and the money I spent on them effectively down the drain. I will never use this laundry service again and would warn everyone to avoid it. Why waste your money when they don't handle your clothes with care. There are plenty of alternative laundry shops.
