  Feedback: I'm writing to thank your employee Hoody for her fine service and being really helpful to a foreign visitor. I was able to accomplish what I needed and wanted to do with getting photos printed of different sizes and for multiple times. She was very thorough and attentive to my needs and able to handle my inability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin Chinese. She made me comfortable and welcomed. Also allowed me to get done what I was wanting to do. She called my attention to coupons and discounts though I was an unknowing person in a foreign place who wouldn't have known they weren't treated well. She was special and the reason why I will return to your shop on my future visits in your area. She is a true professional and an asset to your firm. Finding her at your shop was my lucky day.
