  Tiny pool with no capacity control, filled with hotel guests stuck in the middle of the pool just chatting. All salas were occupied at 10am already during holiday, super packed. Not to mention always it's a local fitness club so many other local people are here for swimming - but with super mean look and attitude. Would not come here again.

  This is a small gym. You really can't do much within this small space. Avoid at all cost.

  zero star. They do not deserve any rating cause they would mislead you into thinking that it's a 3 month contract then continue to auto-charge your credit card. FItness First Sheraton team- bunch of robbers. BEWARE AND DO NOT SIGN CONTRACT WITH THEM

  This is a Fitness First Gym where overseas member can enjoy when they visit HK, nice and clean with friendly staff.
