  Small club but people are nice. Can be crowded.

  I was there 10 days ago asking for free trials left my phone number and nobody called me back! I returned after 10 days and they just tried to rid of me with but some bullocks excuse why they can't give trials ! But I gave it a try in return an expensive daily pass ! The gym is mediocre not worth it price quality wise in my opinion !

  BEWARE when signing! It's a decent gym. Well kept with good facilities and a nice selection of complementary soft drinks. The class instructors (LesMills and yoga) are also great! For these reasons I recommend joining, even though I had a bad experience. When signing the sales guy tried to cheat me, asking for A RIDICULOUS amount of money for one month. (Over twice the sum I was offered in Fitness First's high end club on ESQ, just an hour before.) Thankfully I knew the reasonable pricing and we ended up agreeing at that. But the whole incident was disdainful and made me quite disgusted in their system. He was also super arrogant and impolite. That's unfortunately true for some of the front desk staff. (Some of them are nice.) Make sure you check the prices throughly before trying to sign and if you can do, choose the Exchange Square club. Much better experience with the people there!

  This gym is clean, has nice staff, offers a good variety of classes, and provides fresh clothes and towels. The location is good and they also have complementary coffee and tea.

  Only one floor. A bit small.
