  Fitness Academy is really an amazing Crossfit box east of the island. From the friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable coaches, to the amount of care they take with the facility, weights and equipment, to the workout programming - this place is top notch. I get kickass workouts every day and valuable hands on tips from the coaches. Plus, the amazingly supportive Crossfit community from this box is second to none!.
