  I’ve been to the salon twice: the first time for a smoothing treatment, which was fantastic, and the second for balayage. As the technician started with the back of my head, I didn’t notice until it was too late that she was actually dying up to the root. I now have neither the style that I asked for nor a particularly good dye job - the “highlights” are pretty stripy. I’d recommend them for a treatment any day, but for a colour change I’d look elsewhere!
