::Significant improvement after renovation. More choices with shops and restaurants. Parking fee reasonable , even cheaper than the neighbouring carpark owned by LINK!

::Sitting above Hang Hau MTR and bus terminus, this is a fantastic shopping centre. Lots of shops and restaurants, parking, and interconnected with other shopping centres. Regular events are held in the main concourse. Marks & Spencer, Muji, Fortress, Watsons, Yata supermarket, 798, Marathon Sports, and all the other major high street brands are represented here. As for restaurants, there's so much choice it's hard to make a decision. They also operate a Park and Ride scheme for Octopus cardholders. This means you can park, use the MTR, return and get a discount. Just have to visit customer service to tap your card to qualify. The only thing missing is a cinema but other than that this is one of the better shopping centres in Hong Kong.

::A nice place to go. Close to MTR station. However, it is very crowded and noisy in public holidays.

::The newly opened Yata department store is the focus of East Point City recently. There are special event or promotion booth at the central atrium frequently. All sort of shops are there, electronic appliance, mobile phone, cosemetic, travel, gold smith, cake, coffee, and restaurants. The Japanese and Italian are serving good food. There are other shopping malls connected with East Point City, you can spend a whole day there if you enjoy shopping. Don't expect for top brands like Chanel or LV as it is a local shopping mall after all.
