::Pretty sure this place is Hong Kong’s best crossfit gym. People are super friendly and welcoming and the crew here are all abilities. You can scale things if you feel something isn’t quite within your ability but the coaches will push you and watch your form. Been doing this for just over a year and a half now and made a lot of friends doing this, as well as lost 20kg!
