::As much as the property can be given four or five stars, I think service and staff can be given two or even one star. I was there for a conference and totally disappointed to see the rude behaviour and service of the staff. Imagine that you are having dinner and someone comes from behind and rudely takes your plate away, without even asking if she can. Imagine you ask someone if you ask someone if there's a tea being served and she simply walks away without even acknowledging. For me it's a 2-star experience overall. Not at all what someone would expect from a Marriott !

::Beautiful hotel and delicious intercontinental breakfast buffet. The only reason why I don't give them the full 5 stars is because the hotel is located a bit too far from the center of everything so it takes some time to travel around. The mrt is pretty close by though, just a few blocks away.

::Wonderful service for platinum member. Room at elite floor at the corner is arranged with a great service when checking in. Flawless clean in room with see-through bath room with double side view from corner room facing to west with river view. Great view also is observed at club lounge on 31st floor with free flow of drink and cocktail food during 17,30 till 19,30 but beverage only till 21,30 pm. Good location with perfect service....

::Great overall hotel. Nice knowledgeable staff. Quick check in, nice rooms, clean, great views off the executive lounge and decent complimentary food for gold and platinum members. I booked two standard rooms for me and my parents and they upgraded both rooms. Also included is free shuttles to train stations and other places in the area.
