  Very friendly and helpful staff. Month to month rental is possible without longer commitments and location of the apartments i have seen and lived in was always good. Elgin street locstion is slowly but sure due for an upgrade/renovation.

  To understand my needs: Intern in HK, living alone in my home country, no problems with bad places (had to live in remote locations related to the job. remote really means remote (oil industry)) so I usually don't have high BUT in a city like HK I expect the internet to work. Always. And to be fast enough to load a youtube video on 480p. That seems to be impossible for Cityloft. The places are small, that's normal for Hongkong. Other than that I have flies in my room and the TV doesn't work - nobody cares. The chair provided is broken - nobody cares. All the other stuff is very old, smells bad. The bed is not clean at all, even if they provide fresh linen every week - once to twice a week I wake up with pimples on my back - never had problems before. positive: the locations are good (that's what you pay for I guess) maid service (Asian quality/standard)
