  I would give this store and this whole chain negative stars if I could. I bought a "water phone" as in one that has no warranty. I got it back to North America and it does not work with any cellphone providers because it is STOLEN. The IMEI of the phone was listed as stolen on all the sites that can check your IMEI. I called the store, the company and their so-called "helpline" and no response. They only started responding on facebook after I started a credit card dispute. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CHAIN if you want a working phone.
