::Opened an account so that it would be easier to pay utility bills in HK. I asked several questions about how to transfer monies from my US account to my Citibank account. When it was time for me to make a transfer I traveled to Central, waited an Inordinate amount of time only to be told that a wire transfer would take 1 MONTH. Upon setting up my account the person responsible for inputting my information spelled my name wrong AND entered my cell number wrong. After calling and waiting on hold I finally was able to speak to someone who told me I WOULD NEED to fill out some paper work for them to Correct Their MISTAKE! I ended up having to travel to Central 3 times from the South Side to get the account set up properly. There are lots of convoluted rules and REDUNDANCY! STAFF cannot make common sense changes even when the error is THEIRS!

::Extremely long waiting times. Staff doesn't know what they are doing: sat through opening an investment account for an hour, and next time I check some staff closed that account. And they ask me to sit through that again. I'll get my reward for changing the account and close that account. $800 sounded good, but wasted hours as they forget to give you documents and you have to come back 5 times and wait for hours.
