  We are the long stay residents here for four months. The front desk & housekeeping staff members are very polite, patient and friendly. The manager, Joey has always offered us help whenever necessary. Besides, the harbourview is fantastic as we live on the 27th floor. On sunny days, we can overlook West Kowloon, Tsim Sha Tsui and Tsing Ma Bridge. I am very pleased to share that we make our money worth by staying at Citadines.

  The room is big but everything was a bit old. The certain is also a bit dirty. The harbour view is great too.

  Amazing viewsnand spacious rooms, but there aren't the creature comforts of a nicer hotel. This is akin to an apartment rather than a hotel, and it is a great deal considering harbor front view and location.

  Incredible amount of space for Hong Kong- surprised to have access to a 900sft apartment on Hong Kong Island. Not the greatest neighborhood with many Chinese wholesalers and dried seafood shops close in close proximity but getting into you unit shuts everything out. Floor to ceiling windows open to the bay and Kowloon across the water- making for an impressive view. Don't expect hotel amenities but free laundry facilities in the building is handy.
