::The staff in general are extremely rude. I paid 1760 hkd for express service, but ended up missing my flight and having to pay for hotel over the weekend because of a mistake THEY made. No one answered the phone, and they didn't even call me when my visa was ready. I urge you to consider another agency - someone cheaper, more reliable and more efficient.
