    Shisha place in central with outdoor seating, a little crowded on Friday and weekends

    Smooth smoke and quality service. Priced for a city though so some might say it's a bit expensive, but in my opinion the quality of the shisha is spot on. A bit hard to locate as it does not have a shop front, you would have to enter a building and Charcoal HQ is on the 4th floor.
