::An extremely generous general practitioner charging about 100 dollar for foreign domestic helpers and elderly, 130 to 140 dollar for other patients. Sometimes, 7 days medicine was given. Also referral letter written with preference for government hospital service because the hospital fee was much less. No fee would be collected for referral letter only. No appointment could be made. Doctor Chan was very diligent though quite stuck to his own point of view.
