  I agree. They hard-sell, and didn't do a good waxing job. They raised their prices a lot recently. So I'll consider coating my cars instead when my package expires.

  I have similar experience. They just want to sell you new programs and always tell you that your existing program will be used up very soon. I will never go to this shop again. It is just waste of my time.

  Beware of this place. They'd lie and cheat to get you to renew your plan. I tried to get a car wash on Jul 10 2017, the manager told me I had 5 washes left but that I couldn't use them as my plan had expired. He offered to transfer my remaining washes if I signed up for a new plan ( sold me a hkd66k plan for 30 washes, then hkd27 plan for 15 washes, when I balked tried hkd17k for 15 washes). I suspected my plan hadn't expired so I left and went to Lee Gardens instead. Turned out my plan wouldn't expire until 2018. Bunch of cheats. I will complain to the management of Pacific Place as well to kick these guys out.
