::I came here last night and paid $150 and it was empty. Ok, it's not their fault. I was told entry included a free drink. Ok, so I get a soda. The jacuzzi had no water, the staff is busy cooking themselves dinner, and they are using the rooms to dry towels. What a value for my money! The manager gave me a free entry pass and told me to come back the next day. I thought this was a fair gesture, so I made my way back today. I hand him my "free pass" and he says I have to pay $5 for towel rental. Free isn't exactly free, but I let it go because it's only $5. Well, the towel stinks. So I ask for "my free drink" and I'm handed an orange juice. At no time was I told I'd have to pay for it until I left. The time to mention you have to charge me for the drink is when I ask for "my free drink". Another $20. OK, so this manager asks me to come back for free to make up for a bad experience, because I essentially paid $150 for nothing of value. Then he uses the "free entry" as an opportunity to charge me like it's a discount airline. It's only $25, but this is not how how you treat customers. Don't tell someone they can come back for free without disclosing that you're going charge for what was included the first time. What a disingenious "make good" offer. I'll go back to Soda Sauna where there's a nice environment, the staff isn't constantly cooking themselves food, and I get some value for my money.
