  Great Hotel. Amazing service. Amazingly clean and nice room. Will visit again. Walking distance to KITEC mall for food. Free shuttle from mall to MTR station (Kowloon Bay).

  Worst WiFi experience ever. Signal is excellent but extremely bad bandwidth limitations. Not recommended for business trips.

  5 minutes walk to KITEC; 10-15 minutes walk to Kowloon Bay station (need to cross the bridge so it will be hard to carry luggage). Restaurant opens from 7:30AM - 08:30PM. It would be great if it opens later than that. Lots of space for bathroom. Shuttle bus to station/airport express is available (on schedule). Sgould have more choices for breakfast. 24hrs fitness room is available but it is small room with few equipment

  Nice hotel , this is a new hotel since 2017, which is a factory building before, so that it is not a tourist area, but there has three shopping mall walking about five to fifteen minutes , moreover you can find some public transport (MTR , bus and van ) to go everywhere .

  I've stayed at this hotel for about 2 weeks. The bed is very comfortable. And the room is always very clean. It is a small and quiet Hotel. But after two weeks I was getting bored of the breakfast.
