  Good location and accessible. Front staff are helpful and free rental of chargers is a nice touch.

  My first time in Hong Kong, I chose this Hotel mainly because of its location , near trams, subways and buses and relative proximity to the Convention Centre, about 1.5 miles, 10 to 15 min with public transportation. To come from the airport, I just took (with plenty of luggage) the bus A11 and one hour later I got dropped off about 200 yards from the Hotel. It was the only option without transfer and I must say, very convenient. Upon arrival, the Hotel is very modern and chic, personnel are extremely helpful, professional and friendly. The room is modern, tastefully decorated, clean and tidy, nice bathroom, safe, desk and a small closet. The bed is superb and the pillows and linen is good. The only observation I have is that the rooms are tiny, I would not pick this Hotel for two people, but for solo travelers it is just right at the right price. Thank you Butterfly.

  Well maintained, good location and friendly yet professional staffs. Room is clean but small. But I suggest they bring back the chair instead of the stool chair. Hotel is near Tin Hau Station of the MTR and Airport bus stops (arrival and departure). There are a lot of nearby restaurants. One may take a few minutes walk to the main shopping districts of Causeway Bay through Victoria Park.

  Location, location, location! Near MTR and many other yummy eateries, staff were great and pleasant. Gave 4 stars because the bathroom design were not well thought. Water will tend to leak out no matter how you try to prevent it. Else no complaints.

  Love this hotel for the following reason. 1) location super convenient. Walking distance to MTR Tin Hau station, close to bus station and tram, walking distance to a big park. 2) Clean and comfortable room and bed. Have soft and firmer pillow version. 3) free bottle water, boiling pot, coffee and tea bags, and TV 4) friendly staff and cleaning crew and the guests staying here all seem fairly decent , not super noisy
